Lets say I was able to buy this game at a shop (like in poland and Resident Evil 6) Who the hell gives them the right to bann me? I mean did I somewhere sign a contract that sates "from the day I bought my 360 I will check every release date of every game out there?"
I mean there are screens of actual DVDs in the wild. SO lets say I have no idea when halo comes out and the guy that had those disks visits me and we were playing Halo4. NO i get banned?
They have no prove I downloaded the game or that I knew what was going on.
BTW: Can MS still or actually block consoles from working? I remeber I read something about it long ago is this actually true? Can they make my console be a brick?
Now, if only they would do the same to those fucking derankers, this would be a perfect world.
Honestly if one really wants to play Halo 4 before release the workflow should be as follows:
Step 1 - get modded xbox
Step 2 - create an offline account
Step 3 - download Halo 4
How dumb are these clowns?
Like always nothing happen... the ban is fake or at least not for all life because in some days a new custom firmware is out do unbans (is that word?) these guys.

You can play it online... in some days a new hack emergers to unban you.

That is not possible. Microsoft bans the console permanently from Xbox Live and no matter what you do you absolutley NEED a second Xbox to go online again.

Right...so as I said: If you are really that tied to MS, go get a new console and re-subscribe to Gold. Are you trying to say that people who get perma-banned for pirating software don't deserve it? Because otherwise I do not sympathize with your point whatsoever.
I'm 25, by the way. I work for a living and am putting myself through school. I would never be retarded enough to get myself banned from XBL. Those people get what's coming to them.
