Lets say I was able to buy this game at a shop (like in poland and Resident Evil 6) Who the hell gives them the right to bann me? I mean did I somewhere sign a contract that sates "from the day I bought my 360 I will check every release date of every game out there?"
I mean there are screens of actual DVDs in the wild. SO lets say I have no idea when halo comes out and the guy that had those disks visits me and we were playing Halo4. NO i get banned?
They have no prove I downloaded the game or that I knew what was going on.
BTW: Can MS still or actually block consoles from working? I remeber I read something about it long ago is this actually true? Can they make my console be a brick?
