That is not possible. Microsoft bans the console permanently from Xbox Live and no matter what you do you absolutley NEED a second Xbox to go online again.
This is supposed to be a "fix": http://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/update-potential-fix-for-banned-xbox-360s/
But you still need a second Xbox for the CPU key...
