Rory - Your argument is men are stronger typically so men shouldnt hit women (Even if the women instigated it)

By this logic boxers are stronger than me typically... body builders, wrestlers, mma fighters, football players, basketball players, hockey players, bouncers, gymnasts... so I should expect not to have repercussions walking up to them and punching one of them. After all... they are stronger than me and shouldnt hit me. Hell, a lot of men are stronger than me... I am only 5'9" and 145lbs... so as long as I punch someone stronger than me I should expect to walk away unharmed. I can dig this idea...

Any man who thinks that a man shouldn't fight back when a woman hits him is a man that has way too much ego and is the worst sexist there can be. Women who thinks that are just abusing the idea since it gives them the edge so they can get away with shit which is even worse.

That being said, men and women will never be able to treat each other equally, there is too much biological differences, what matters is respect, people have no fucking respect these days is the real problem.

Eaxactly, you know damn well she was thinking the whole time "fuck him, he aint gonna hit me ima girl". I've seen this way to many times to where me personally I wouldnt hit the girl just because i'm going to jail automatically just for being a dude, but in my head i'm thinking if he hits her she asked for If.

That uppercut could have been one of the best things to happen in that girl's life. The fact that she willingly attacked the person controlling a vehicle with dozens of passengers onboard (including herself) clearly indicates recklessness and no thinking of the consequences of her actions. Moreover, the girl did not know this man in any practical manner. She just attacked some guy off the streets. In today's world, that man could have followed his initial punch with a more brutal combination of attacks or he could pulled out a weapon and the incident could have ended fatally. Yet the girl did not care. She acted on impulses and engaged the random man, endangering her own life.

However, that uppercut undoubtedly acted as a punishment for the girl's violent behavior. After an uppercut like that, I feel confident that the girl had learned something. Her frequency of attacking strangers will undoubtedly be much lower after that blow to the jaw. Pain is perhaps the most effective method of punishment and learning. The next time she thinks about hitting another stranger, she's probably going to think about her jaw and take a less violent approach. In an attempt to avoid another uppercut, she may inadvertently avoid a bullet. That man could have saved that girl's life. The man should be given an award.

I take issue with the statement "if you wanna act like a man I´m gonna treat you like a man", as if violence is somehow a natural male thing.

Better would be "if you initiate violence against me, I am going to defend myself and hit back, whatever your gender".
