I agree mobiles are taking some business away, although not as much as everyone makes out imo.

Although i'd say the 3DS is disproving the 'no room left for handheld consoles' debate, isn't it tracking better than the DS in sales?

I think its about what was the main purpose of said device? Being a gaming device? No! Being a phone? Yes! So its a phone.

So the PS3 even tho it can play blurays is not a bluray player its a console.


Btw I want them to fix the stupid lose 3d depth slider..... this is the reason alot of people cant turn up the volume without distorting their sound.  The slider vibrates iside the device...


I think I will return my XL because of this... but I would lose 1 transfer....

3DS is more of an effort for Nintendo this fall.

Wii U is going to sell its inventory out fairly easily being a new product with limited supply.

But this is a "prime year" holiday for the 3DS, they need it to perform big in the West.

And was the Wii competition for the HD twins? Nope...

I mean no offense when i say that, but it's blatantly true that the Wii has had little to no effect on the performance of the 360 and PS3.

Good to hear that Nintendo will strongly promote the 3DS. I'm curious to see if it can hit 30 m by the end of this year.

There is a reason why you easily find kids playing games on iPhones and iTouch.
