I played the first one for hours! Such a good game to play with my really competitive cousin. We sweated during intense matches.

I would love an updated version for the Wiiu.

Eh. Next Level Games, the devleoper, has moved on to much greater things. Namely Punch-Out!! and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

However, I can see them revisiting the series. I'd really like a new entry on 3DS, actually.

Red Flag! Just make sure it does not under whelm like Mario Tennis open did.


I believe that a Strikers game for 3DS would do much better sales-wise than Mario Tennis Open (which is soon to reach 500K sold, I might add). Plus the 3DS could use more quality sports titles, since Open is about as good as it has gotten thus far.

Never played the first but loved the Wii version so I would greatly welcome a new entry in the series. Made by Next-Level Games I hope.

I couldn't play it online for several tries a few months ago. I wouldn't even connect.

I think the first batch of online titles for Wii have now disabled servers.

The online play on that game is disastrous anyway. It has a good campaign at that is all.

 

I'd like to see a return of that series also, now that you mention it.
