I can only list 3 because the other new IP's that I played weren't good.

Xenoblade doesn't count. :/ It doesn't have a sequel, so it's not really a "franchise." You could count it as part of the Xeno- franchise, but that wasn't new this gen.

Moose Effect
inFamoose
Professor Layton
Trauma Center

Mind you, this is just of games I've played. Can't really make a judgement of Uncharted.

Yeah, in particular I notice you missed a LOT of new IPs on DS. Layton, Trauma Center, Brain Age, Nintendogs, TWEWY (sequel on the way!), and I'm sure there are many more.
