Well OP is new at the game, so I believe my advice will work. If he wants the textbook answer, he has loads of it ITT. Mine is pure pragmatics.

I've practiced this on a dummy so many times. I've been meaning to use this on some people out there because, you know, we all just want to uppercut a punk (or punks).

Just press where it says Shoryuken on the 3DS touch screen.

tekken you can kinda get away with it a bit, like it's kinda common sense that if you press square it's a slap from the left hand then followed with a triangle is gonna be a right hand hit since each button is a limb you can understand sometimes what will and wont be a combo, but command input special moves aren't really covered by this common sense kinda play.

don't forget to leave auto block on just while you are trying to take the stylus out to touch the screen you aren't taking any damage....
