Not according to this old study
http://www.bmj.com/content/315/7123/1641

Subjects: 918 men aged 45–59 at time of recruitment between 1979 and 1983.
Main outcome measures: All deaths and deaths from coronary heart disease.
Result: Mortality risk was 50% lower in the group with high orgasmic frequency than in the group with low orgasmic frequency
Conclusion: Sexual activity seems to have a protective effect on men's health.

It's not about how long you live, it's about what you do with your life that makes it meaningful.

One of my Uncles had them removed because of cancer. He is in his mid 90's and still going.

One of the side effects is that it did make him a much nicer person.

Reminds me of this episode on My Name is Earl.  Where Norm Macdonald get hit in the nuts and his balls get super big but he becomes a nice person.  He then get it fixed eventually and becomes an ass again before stepping into a pitch that was meant for Earl.
