It don't matter that much. I doubt black ops 2 will look that much better on Wii U than anything else. It's good that it's there, that's all

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

CoD always looked sub-par anyway...why get upset over a game(a series) that was NEVER a graphical powerhouse to begin with,

You people do know that this hasn't been confirmed right? For all we know its upscaled.

Give it up VGK, COD BO will be better on Wii U than last gen HD systems like PS360.  Look I love my 360, but I'm holding off on buying DS2 (kinda' regret getting batman AC for my 360 now) since the Wii U games will be the premier version of console games from now on!!!  How come people can't accept that fact the Wii U is a superior piece of hardware compared to the PS360, just blows my mind!!!

Huh. Why didn't you just get the PC version of games instead of waiting months/years for a Wii U version that doesn't even look as good as the PC version?

Because I am a console/dedicated-handheld/tablet/smartphone videogame player; I don't use the PC for gaming!!!  Don't get me wrong I am so happy with my 360; it's just I know the premier console version from now on will be on the Wii U!!! So when it comes to multi-plat games like Darksiders 2, AC etc I will definelty pick the Wii U above the previous generation HD system.  It's the same price for software but I will be getting better visuals and new gameplay elements.  In the case of DS2, I returned the 360 version back to Target after learning of all the bonus content and superior visuals compared to the 360/PS3 version!!!

Some people can't stand the fact that Nintendo is actually going to have the superior hardware, even if it's only for a year or two, until Sony and MS's next consoles come out. They can't stand that their favorite game, Call of Duty, is not only going to be on a Nintendo console, but that it's actually going to look the BEST on a Nintendo console. Think about it. For the past 6 years - well 10 years if you count the Gamecube, Nintendo was supposed to be the "kiddie" or "casualz" company that inferior gamers played on inferior hardware. Nintendo may have had the sales, they may have had Mario and Zelda, but the "hardcore" gamers had the superior horsepower to hang their hats on, and they had superior third party games. Now that the hardware advantage has been taken away from them, and the third party gap seems to be closing in as well, they are in damage control mode.

Well...
I really dislike how PC is never part of the equation.

PC has always been a distinct beast. That's the whole reason why we still have game consoles in the first place, and how they've managed to coexist for decades.

People use the term 'butthurt' too much. Why do they have to be butthurt if they question what an Activision rep says? They have not bothered to clarify since then. Mass Effect 3 won't be running at 1080p, and that's only a 30 FPS game. Why would Treyarch go the extra mile? This is CoD we're talking about after all.

Exactly, and it's worth millions. I'd suspect the more blockbuster the game, the more prone to cutting-edge. But maybe I'm delusional.

*laughs* I assume you're not familiar with Call of Duty then. They have been anything but cutting-edge in terms of graphics recently. They've barely changed them from game to game.

I am familiar with it. I was saying that I'm assuming that the more money a game makes, the more I would assume it prone to higher standards. I admitted the world doesn't work that way in the last sentence.

Laugh at yourself :P

COD on a Nintendo machine in its best form.

Watch COD begin to flop in sales across the board. Watch Halo 4 beat COD BLOPS 2 sales on 360 hardware.

ROFL.

?

Selnor longs for the day again where Halo to be the top selling FPS on the XBox platform, and thus the top selling FPS on any single platform.

My TV only goes up to 1080i so I don't care lol

And you need to start approach 30 inches in size before you begin to notice 1080 anyhow.

how do you know how much his viewing distance is?

Was just commenting on resolution not really mattering, if the screen is smaller, and his TV being 1080i would likely be sufficient.  Still frame, I believe 1080i and 1080p look the same, just 1080p refreshes twice as fast as 1080i.
