Forums - Nintendo - After today, do you think Nintendo's gonna throw money for GTAV ?

Slut-with-guns-and-blades Bayonetta 2, Lego City, Ninja Gaiden, Eternal Grindfest Monster Hunter 3G Ultimate... Many money thrown at 3rd parties here.

Their pockets are deep enough to buy Rockstar, let alone bribe a single repetitive bland game.

Also GTAV is the perfect title to get a little rounded on the bottom of the V, while maintaining the style, and be GTAU!!!

Another great thing about it, would be the meltdown.

Whattyathink?

Warren Spector lied about the Wii U Version of Epic Mickey 2 because he was not allowed to talk about it, and I think other developers are in the same situation. Nintendo only wants the people to know about games with a release date not to far in the future.

I think that are many other big games for the Wii U in production, like GTA V, we will hear about in the next six month or at E3 2013.

It has already been rumored. If it comes to the PS3 and 360 then why would they want to skip the Wii U? This time Rockstar would be dumb not to.

They didn't port anything to the GCN.. GCN didn't get that much love even though it was more powerful than the PS2.

In general terms I agree with this argument but GTA is the wrong exmple. The game just couldn't fit on a 1.5GB GC disc, also considering it's an "open world" game they couldn't even split it on 2 discs.

Bayonetta goes Wii U exclusive, because the game was cancelled and Nintendo picked it up...

And now youre talking Grand Theft Auto.

lol

Take Two said that they would adopt a "wait and see" strategy with WiiU, so unless the launch "hardcore" games sell very well I don't think we'll see GTA V on WiiU.

Unless Rockstar wants it. I'm sure they have enough power on Take Two to port the game to WiiU if they want.

Please excuse my bad English.

Former gaming PC: i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Current gaming PC: R5-7600, 32GB RAM 6000MT/s (CL30) and a RX 9060XT 16GB

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

That's silly... it's like Rockstar would make a GTA DS game...

it's probably going to be on the system in the first place. They don't have to throw money at it.
