But on the other hand  americans also have tons of deals and vouchers everywhere so  the German amazon is not a "real" argument. I mean I know people who dont pay a penny for their food  because they only pay with vouchers.   totally crazy

sure but still, i don't really believe a company makes much more here per sold unit as they do in usa. at least not as much as most people believe. they also have maybe higher expenses because of so many different markets, they have to advertise differently in all these smaller markets and so on...

it's the same with the gas price here in germany or other european countries and usa. in usa, gas is much cheaper but in usa, you don't get mileage allowance if i'm not wrong which makes the difference way smaller as people think when they talk about us gas prices. (i could be wrong with it but i believe usa doesn't have that). and sure, it's only for the distance from your house to the workplace

Of course its not gonna cost 450, your math fails. Its gonna cost 300 to 350 most probably. Maybe a bit less.

Typical with any company, at least it's not as expensive in the UK as europe.
Gamestation is charging £210 ($340) for the basic and £250 ($400) for the premium version. I don't know about other shops, but gamestation has confirmed these prices

Always knew that if it was $349 in US it would be €349 in Europe. It isn't something i would complain about anymore

How much did you expect it to be?  Its a new console.

The Vita costs between £220 and £250, if anything the Vita will now look even more ridiculously expensive when a "next gen" WiiU is launched with a price beginining with the same first digit.

 



Im sorry, I thought the OP is suggesting that the WiiU will be priced 300-350?
