Wow, I was expecting the vita to ebb back to it's average over at least a few weeks. It's like last weeks sales never happened. I hope it gains momentum soon over in Japan to increase the odds of a 'monster hunter' game coming out. Whether or not the actual mh comes out, the system lends itself to having a killer all new Japanese title. It could be soul sacrifice but honestly that game sounds a little too creepy.

If you looked at the SW last week, the only Vita game in the top 30 was Miku. Everyone clearly bought it for Miku and that's it. I called this last week so I'm npt surprised.

The Vita doesn't have any "major" sellers left so things won't be good.



Next big hitter for japan should be soul sacrifice, which hasn't even a release date set. Vita will starve over there massively until then. For the western market there are some big games coming, but for japan? I don't see more than soul sacrifice. Or am i missing something? FFX HD - we haven't seen anything from this yet. Maybe there will be a big announcement on TGS with a very sudden release date, but i really don't think so.

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Hatsune Miku is closing in in 200K mark. It's around at 190K already including DD sales.

But wow, for a compilation pck, the sales for that are pretty low. The BASARA HD game didn't do so well either. It seems like people in Japan aren't buying these remasters/ports/compilations.

The 3DS XL sold more in Japan than the Vita in a little over a month than the Vita did in nearly 9 months.

I'm pretty sure that was a joke post.

No...? I've seen other posters make serious posts saying the same thing (not just about the Vita) asking "well, have you sold [x number of sales]?". It's just laughable and responding with data that puts things into perspective is the best way to stop it.

"well, have you sold x"? Don't know what that means.

What are you using your data to put a stop to? The hope their console might do well and get good support down the line?
