Wow.

That was awesome. And I say that as someone who was unsure about the gameplay. However, after watching the other play-through of this segment, and seeing how differently they can play depending on the choices of the person at the controls, I'm more than sold. That was brutal and intense.

Also, still loving the dialogue and the motion capture is incredible.

Joel: "You OK?"
Ellie: "NO! You scared the shit out of me!"

btw that's really maybe a good sign for next gen, if other developers not so talented can also make games with such an a.i. in the future because it should be obviously easier with better tech, we will maybe get some nice games on next gen where you don't feel like everything is great except that super stupid a.i. ruining half the game.

sure it doesn#t mean that they all will try to make better a.i. next gen but i'm sure that's a big aim for many developers.

if you hope to see the level played a little bit different, it will pretty much exceed your expectations

I love this game already. Watching the gameplay alone sends chill down my spine. Playing it would be :O. 

Wow, the entire gameplay segement is completely different depending on how you approach it. While you can surely approach situations differently in different games, this game seems to have an intricate series of scripted moments that switch according to what you are doing.

There were two moments in particular that were extremely impressive to me. When he spins the enemy around and the other enemy shoots him, leaving him slumping in his hands and when the final enemy escapes and he goes hunting for him. The animations are just incredible.

Also there's a really gritty, tension-filled atmosphere im feeling while watching these videos and they've really went the extra mile to make this a true survival game. Scrounging for bullets, searching rooms for anything useful, bandaging his arm etc. I could not be happier with how this game is turning out.
