I suggest picking it uo blqck friday with a bundle like assassins creed or lbp or what ever. I know used 32gb mems here are 60 and im just waiting til someone trades it in, since over here is sony dominated, they get 32gb usually uzed for that price every week or so, and next one is on hold for me so it should be a good idea, even so all bundles unless stated are core vita prices sk they will always be saving you money and you'll get it for around 190

If it does end up cheaper over the holidays then I'll re-evaluate.

Damn if that Assassin's Creed bundle doesn't look nice, though.  A white Vita, memory card, and the game for $250 isn't bad at all.

Yes and there are a bunch of them coming, like 7 bundles. The AC3:L is the only one that comes with the white Vita though. The madden 13 bundle is already out, the LittBigPlanet one comes this month, PSASBR is coming along with a Call of Duty one. I don't know them all off hand but those for sure. If you buy a wifi Vita from now to the end of the year you will get a free game and memory card. Any other deal during Black Friday or Christmas is a bonus.


Damn.  The WiFi is the cheaper version correct?  If so, that may be my Christmas present this year.

I think it will be better than PSP. People just don't realize what this device does. If you ever had a PSP take that, give it PS3 graphics, toss in Android, and have it do what a Wii U does. That's what a Vita is. The PS4 is going to be built with Vita in mind and that combination is going to make the device really important next gen.

In a few months when PS Mobile releases the Vita will become way more than what it already is, which I find awesome. It is just amazing how this thing is evolving in such a short period of time.

I can't say for sure, but I think we've gotten to a point where consumer backlash is the norm for new gaming products. Thanks to the internet and the vastly larger gaming industry consumer warfare is at an all time high. It might not seem like a big deal but people are very influenced by others opinions and that is what the internet is. It doesn't help that negative information is weighted higher than positive information. The Wii U is already getting the hate, the 3DS got it, and the Vita got it. I think the PS4 and the Xbox 3 are going to get it too and it is going to be just as stupid if not more because if everything think everything is a terrible product than what the hell are we gamers suppose to do? You compete in the games not in real life.

I'm so tempted to buy my brother one but I'm pretty broke and my wife would kill me. Especially if I didn't buy her one first, but still afterword for spending the money.

the psvita can't do everything the psp does not yet anyway, I still need to burst out my psp1000 model to play some every extend extra just because it never got put up on the store, that and I'm not too big a fan of buying the games from last gen again as a form of backwards compatibility.

never had a psp, it is halfway there to have ps3 graphics (which is not bad at all), doesn't run android and never will, and it doesn't do what wii u does unless it is the official controller for ps4. 

Sony tries to replicate it but since it is not a default setting like what you get with the wii u out of the box, the best scenario you can imagine is connectivity ala gba-gamecube, psp-ps2.

Exactly, these people dnt know anything about it. I think Im a start making PS Vita Threads and Videos on functionality and features as well as vames since alot starts releasing from this month forward. Might do some vids for 3ds functionality and features as well as the few games releasing, if i get them first day. Help people understand and also want one
