He would want to know that because that will tell us what character he is so we can work out whether or not he is the real one or not (assuming we find the other copies)

I was simply suggesting that he could be a member of the mafia (hence asking which one of them he was) - is Spurge  the only player allowed to throw around wild accusations? Not that it matters now, since joke time is long over (that was just my first post, after all). Looking a bit defensive of Noctis right about now

Town and mafia are the same characters except the mafia are the "true" characters so by finding out say all the Pinkie Pie's and then watching their behaviour we will be able to make more educated guesses. Or were you hoping I wasn't thinking like that and trying to discredit that stratedgy?

Speaking of "educated guesses", don't you think the mafia would love to know the characters of other players so they can guess everyone's roles, for easy nightkilling priorities?

Why do you say later on to Yoshiya that mafia would gain more from finding out the characters, yet ask which element Noctis belongs to, which would automatically reveal his character as well?
