Summers almost over and here is the updated lists of how 360 and PS3 are stacking up against each other in terms of critical acclaim. Criteria is below (which I feel is simple and shows the whole picture). Must say its a close race. 

- Must be a 360 game not on PS3/PS3 game not on 360.
- Must be on the 360/PS3 section on Metacritic
- Must have at least a 70 ranking on Metacritic

70-79 (8) - Akai Katana Skin, Alan Wake: AN, Hybrid, The Splatters, Anomaly: Warzone Earth, Zuma Revenge, Quarrel, Haunt

Sounds Shapes PS3 most likely won't see many reviews since the bulk of them will be on the Vita version. Score on the Vita version is 84 and I can't see the PS3 version dropping below 80, let alone 70 considering it is the same exact game, minus touch controls for level creation.

This comparison really shows how the 360 really shines when it comes to XBLA. If there is one thing I miss about my 360, it is XBLA.

Although it hasn't been released on the PS3 yet, I do believe Anomaly: Warzone Earth has been announced for it (no release date yet). I don't know if that factors into what you're doing.

Once that gets reviews i would take it off the 360 list. Offcourse it would also have to release in calendar year 2012

So... Xbox 360 exclusives released this year have more critical acclaim than ps3 exclusives released this year? Awesome!

Not necessarily exclusives. Some games on both sides are multiplat, but are not available on the rival console, which I think are important as well. 

Hum I expected The Witcher 2 to be in the 90+ is the PC version higher

Way of the Samurai 4 is coming out today but there are no reviews at all. I'm not sure it can reach 70 on metacritic but it's worth keeping a close look.
