Lol I thought Steve was Steve Ballmer. MS' CEO.

If MS were to sue Sony... well bankrupt.

I don't know anything about this.
I'm fine with that.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

If it means that I can enjoy my boxed console games a bit longer then carry on.

But really, it sounds like he rather sits on his patents then trying to build a successful business. Fire everyone, I'll make my money in court. Great times we live in.

So a company that just entered bankruptcy is going to sue one of the largest corporations in the world, all because they want a monopoly over cloud gaming. Good luck.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Due diligence. This won't go anywhere.

And FRAND if what Steve whatisname says is true that at least one of their patents is fundamental to being able to do cloud gaming. If you can;t do cloud gaming without using that patent then they have to make it available on FRAND terms. Otherwise they will be in the anti-trust pooh.

The guy sounds a bit mad and jealous that his company got bankrupt and Gaikai got acquired by Sony.

Distributed computing has been around for many years before the term "cloud computing" was even invented, and prior art exists for most fundamental concepts. Maybe the only concepts not developed in the pioneering times are those about billing for consumer commercial applications.
