So there were certainly some interested new games, especially tearaway and the cross-buy thing is a good idea (especially if 3rd parties get involved too, as Criterion suggested they might)

BUT, there were no big games really. There was talk about Liberation and BLOPS Declassified, but we have seen the former before and the latter looked a bit rubbish. Killzone Mercenary should be decent, but I would have liked FF Type 0 and ideally GTA to be announced to really make things interesting

Likewise, on PS3, all the games were basically just PSN games, nothing too exciting. Aside from the Last of Us, Beyond and God of War Ascension, there aren't many big games coming from Sony, they are clearly saving their resources for the PS4

A bit disappointing, but at least we got some new stuff and it is certainly better than no conference, though the most interesting thing out of gamescom is clearly remember me

3/10

pros:
Tear away looks cool
Rain seems to have a nice concept behind it
no price cut (Sony would be insanely idiotic to cut the price again)

cons:
Fifa with Move looks terrible
Until Dawn looks terrible
Puppeteer looks bad
no release dates
Playstation Mobile looks like a waste of time and is pointless. (The games you play on your phone can now be played on you Vita! Who asked for that?)
CoD Vita looks really bad.
Wonderbook looked bad again.

That one Wonderbook game looked fantasticly built. Awesome art style. So I have to disagree with you on this point. As for Wonderbook itself, I can't speak highly of it at all-__-

I give it a 8.9-9.3
+Tear Away looks unique and fun. It also is what the NIN whiners were asking for with MM handling it themselves
+ Killzone Mercenaries looks GREAT! I am not that big of a shooter fan but there is something about Killzone that excites me. Just like when I saw that first trailer of the Visari speech in KZ2.
+Cross-Buy.....who can not like this?
+ Spike in PASBR, WINNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+Puppeteer looks amazing, praying for port to Vita
+Rain and Until Dawn look to be promising entries in the PS family.
+Finally a release date for PS1 BC.
+LBP2 Cross Play
+AC Liberations is looking must buy.

But.....

-Needed a few more games that are not all in the same Genre. Where are the RPGS!!!!?!??!
-COD looked......like COD, not a fan.
-PS1 didn't release during conf. rather we have to wait to the end of the month :/

Seriously, does Sony ever use these things to announce dates or just confirm delays?

I think many were happy when it was announced that minis would be playable on ps3s so I think there are fans of this, just not vocal onesw. Besides, the more games the merrier no?

I disagree with you, Diggs does look interesting

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

I haven't seen it yet.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash
