Haseo(.hack// G.U.) in the trilogy specailly the 3rd, you could switch to from dual blades, to broadsword, from sythe, to guns!!! that would make for some awesome combo moves!!

Cloud or Lighting(FFVII/FFXIII both sword users, that alone would make them perfect fits, and their fandom alone would push for some extra sales

Good luck with that plat run - if you have the DLC, beating the Forgotten One on Paladin is almost impossible.

Wander, he's from the best first party Sony game ever so I hope he's in it. Plus the game needs some Shadow of the Colossus-esque music because from what I've heard so far from the game's current soundtrack, it's pretty bland.

Wander would obviously have a bow and arrow, and could ride his horse on a super. He could climb walls, could confuse and stun his opponents by shouting and whistling, could be invincible for a moment by praying at the expense of AP, when getting clobbered. He could have a deep stab attack while players are on the ground that give alot of AP, which players would want to avoid at all costs. Just a few ideas :)

Ico I just think looks cool and I have yet to play the game, but yeah him.

If Mario was in it I would buy that shit day one.
