Yeah, i figure a mod getting the news out first might help matters and prevent people from going at each other full teeth bared.
That said, the move isn't unexpected i'd say considering everything in the Sony financial report and general global situation.

Aren't they at 7/10 already (10 being the worst rating you can have) ?!
Anyway, I read that this is for the 4.7 billion USD debt. So even 0.5% increased interest payments can make a not so good difference.
The possible lowered rating is logical, but unnecessary after the recent downgrade a couple of months ago. Is it even worse than 6 months ago? What did they expect to change?
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
This is not good news for Sony.
I can't wait for someone to enter this thread and say that Bloomberg is anti-Sony.

You should post the article in the OP instead of just a link.
I dont think further downgrading is really nessessary tbh, especially since they have been doing huge cutbacks to turn the company around recently.

My prediction threads:
Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)
PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)
Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right
