Crash Bandicoot should be on the top of everybody's list. In his prime, Crash was more popular than Sonic has ever been. But now he's basically getting shovelware games and it looks like he might not be in any game in the near future (unless he's in Playstation Allstar). Sonic has at the very least had some pretty decent games recently and people still care about him.

Splinter Cell. The last game was great but it changed the formula up. A new game is coming and it looks great. Somehow Splinter Cell has fallen and Metal Gear and Resident Evil have not? I don't get the logic.

Lol, Duke Nukem never sold quite well.

At least Banjo-K sold more than 700K for it's most recent.

Keep in mind that the latest Duke title is multiplatform.

Oh, then why didn't you include that number?

He did. PS3 and Xbox360 versions are listed separately since he's using VGchartz as a source.

2 Duke Nukem Forever X360 2011 Shooter Take-Two Interactive 0.44 0.20 0.00 0.07 0.70
4 Duke Nukem Forever PS3 2011 Shooter Take-Two Interactive 0.27 0.22 0.00 0.09 0.58

there's a PC version too

The R&C bit must be a joke or something. It makes no sense. Some of the other options are a bit wtf material as well.

I would agree with the inclusion of FF...but it's so hard when I absolutely loved the psp FF games. They were great. And looks like Type-0 could be the best FF in ages.

Crash Bandicoot and Sonic the Hedgehog. In both cases there was a real, pronounced decay of both the quality and the sales, unlike the nostalgic feelings and sour grapes that mark some of the other choices.

Edit - oh, and Bomberman too. Dude...

Ratchet and Clank rules forever and ever!!!!! just got the HD Collection!

I can't believe you guys forgot the franchise that was killed and rebuilt without talent.

COMMAND & CONQUER !!!

C&C 1, C&C RA, C&C 3, C&C RA 2 were outstanding games. Masterpieces and forerunner of the RTS genre.

Then EA jumped in, killed Westwood and failed to build it up again.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Silent Hill. sad and slow death of a Japanese horror classic. (voted)

Diablo. good hack n slash rpg but has totally lost the atmosphere and the darkness.

Sonic. Some horrible games, some decent but at the end of the day with Mario doing so amazingly well, sonic stands in shame.

Duke Nukem. Who on earth cares ?

Final Fantasy. The more you go back to find the last good FF game, the more hardcore of a fan you are.... get a life

Doom + Quake. The stellar shooters of a past decade, now mediocre and forgotten

And best for last:

THIS  PIECE OF SHIT

Duke Nukem. Was good for a time then nosedived.
