Only 400k for NSMB2? Also, the 3DS LL launch makes it impossible to tell how much hardware the game moved. But anyway, NSMB2 is going to sell for months and years, so what really counts is how much it and the 3DS sell in the long run.

Still though, a low debut in Japan probably means a rather slow start in America and Europe as well. It's going to take a while until NSMB2 hits 10m worldwide and it's probably not going to happen before 2012 ends.

Yeah but this is not including Digital sales

Tomodatchi is set for this year as well?! O_o It's set to own 2012 then! That did over 3 million, and it's still fresh I would say!

And yeah I'm too psyched for TGS.. hopefully some big Wii U announcements.. definitely some big 3DS announcements. Square Enix and Capcom will probably pour the releases on the 3DS! I'm also hoping for a Big One Piece game on the 3DS, something more daring like the PS3 version

Actually no, it's TBD, so while that means it can still be 2012, it most likely is 2013, or else they would say "2012" like some other games on the schedule

So what? Are you implying that digital sales on the 3DS are as mythically high as on Sony systems?

Any way you slice it, it wasn't an impressive debut for NSMB2.

Not saying anything, just saying that we should wait. It was heavily advertised and promoted. I do agree a slow start by its standards

I checked and it said "sometime in 2012".. I doubt it honestly, but knowing Nintendo it wouldn't surprise me.

It wasn't impressive, but addind digital and half the days, we can say that at least wasn't bad.

I believe it has a shot of mimicking those numbers next week, little less, but still.

nice numbers but the numbers I'm waiting for are for next weeks Wii DQ11 sales!
