Why is the title misleading? Because it says they made a 24.6 billion DOLLAR loss, when infact they made a 24.6 billion YEN loss ($313m).

More vitas, not by a huge margin, but Sony will be pushing Vita this fall, and gamescom may have some big announcements (rumoured GT vta for example).
