Gymnastics was brilliant. So gutted for the GB lads, but so happy for them to get that Bronze.

Have the feeling that if it was 8 dives with the top 6 counted rather than just 6 they would have definitely got a medal. But it isn't so disappointed for them.

Even more gutted for the gymnastics team, as it does almost literally feel like they were robbed. But look at it in another way, first medal in that event for 100 years and a top class team that is one of Britain's best ever.


I see what you mean, but...it was a mistake really. It shouldn't have been ours, but still disappointing... Also, great swim for Caitlin, finishing 2nd in her semifinal and giving her passage to tomorrow's final!

I must admit, I was terribly disappointed when GB lost its silver and fell to 3rd, but if Japan should've gotten the points, its good it got changed, even if it wasn't in the host natons benefit :)

Ugh, yet another near-miss for a GB swimmer; Liam Tancock.

We'll win a gold in the pool at some point this week...but a US 1-2!

No, in Beijing we had 3 medals at this point (Gold and 2 Bronze). We have a Silver and 2 Bronze this time, but other events, like Hockey, Tennis, Athletics and Football, we're stronger than ever. We got 43 in Beijing. 40-50 seems reasonable.
