Both are 60 fps (I think).   I think PSP upgraded to PS3 God of War Ghost of Sparta actually looks and performs better than the PS3 port of Black Ops 1.  I don't think the Black Ops screenshot is truly representative of what I saw on the PS3....

Basically this is a PS3 vs Xbox thread. PS3 fans will say GOW (because it's an exclusive) and Xbox fans will say COD (because it's multi platfor).

I think it is more of a PSP vs PS3 thread. 

I guess I say Black Ops because the art style is just generally better.

It's a much bigger game with a lot more going on.

Black ops isn't even HD on PS3.. and it looks like crap, God Of War ghost of sparta is 720p on ps3.. but it;s a psp port..
