Forums - Nintendo - Pachter: Nintendo made Wii U Pro Controller to secure Call Of Duty

As much as I hate posting in a Pachter thread...well, here I am.

I don't understand this comment from Pachter, and I don't understand the point of the Pro Controller either. It looks to me like the Pro Controller is just the Wii U pad without the screen. All the same buttons, just minus some functionality.

Why the hell would Activision need Nintendo to make this controller when the Wii U pad already has dual analogs and the traditional buttons?

as of now the Wii U pad can only be utilized by itself for the games. They are making this as a cheaper alternative to having to have people buy muliple Pads or if they want four peopel to play together thats just what i think

call of duty selling on a nintendo console....
