Threads like these make the petty squabbles on which console has the best graphics seem utterly ridiculous. Ah, long live the king!

Nah, that's a Nano Suit life detetor. Look closely, it's in all of those pics.

Forgot about that. It looked very like the Starchild from ME3 xD.

Is there some kind of all encompassing skyrim mod?

Probably not since there are far too many mods (also some that don't work with others) and some mods that change that replaces the exact same data.
Then there's the problem that likely no one would allow others to officially share their mods with other mod makers on Steam or Skyrim Nexus.

So the only place where you could find something like this would be in a forum. And unless you already know one that shares whole mod sets, it's likely not that easy to find.
The next problem would be on which site you could upload all of them and would it make sense for a free user to download them within a decent time.
I've almost 25GB of Skyrim mods now installed. Uploading would take ages and downloading too.

I meant an installer pack that installs the best ones.

But who decides what the best mods are ?
I mean Steam Workshop installs them for you and so do mod managers like the Nexus Mod Manager. (IMO completely unnecessary except when one mod has several optional files to choose from with preview pictures)

But in the end YOU still need to look for things you'd like to change.
Also if I'd upload my mods, wouldn't be that better than an installer ? You'd just need to copy one folder into the Skyrim folder. That's even less work than clicking on "next" several times in an installer GUI.
But even if there was such an installer the problems I mentioned earlier would still be valid.

That would be better than an installer :D.  But like you mention, there are many mods, but I'm sure someone out there could put together an all encompasing mod for basics, throw together what's arguably the best lighting and texture mods for instance.
