What's the difference between Half Life 2, and the Half Life 2 Episodes 1 and 2?

I have a quick question guys. Is Simcity 4 any good? I haven't played a Sim City game for a while and I am ready to play some more again. It also only costs 3 euros now on Steam.
Beside that, I think I am only going to buy a total of 4-5 games this sale. Already bought Hotline Miami and it was sadly very short.

SimCity 4 is like 3000 with more content.

@AlphaCielago: I think it's very good, certainly worth those 3 €. You'll spend lots of hours playing it.

Ok, now I have 2 repeated cards :-/.

If someone wants a Tomb Raider or Torchlight 2 card, just let me know.

Thanks, I bought it now. All that remeans for me to buy now is Monkey Island and Kotor1.

I don't have much experience with the previous Sim City games (only the demo of SC3000), but I think Sim City 4 is great! Bought it... last year? The year before that? Anyway, I've had tons of fun with it, would have even more if I had the time. :P Anyway, I think you should buy it, I don't think there's even any catches like DRM to it.
