Looks amazing, too bad my computer can't run ARMA II. Sigh, I really need to get a better PC.

I just overall love the idea of an open world, multiplayer, hyper-realistic, post-apocalyptic survival game. And the fact that they threw zombies into the mix overall just makes it that much more awesome.


Just tried it out at my friend's house for a little over an hour. DayZ can really get to you. 

Paranoia sets in, tensions between your moral compass and your desire to kill another player. Its overwhelming but the rush... the RUSH is what makes this game so unique. I let the guy go because he wasnt aware of me. I went after him to say hi. Got killed because I was in a huge city

The DayZ Mod is free. The main game is not. From what I have seen, I think the mod is playable but its an alpha. Its not that buggy for an ALPHA.

The DayZ Mod is free. The main game is not. From what I have seen, I think the mod is playable but its an alpha. Its not that buggy for an ALPHA. 


Ah I thought it was in beta now, hmm, not sure how I got that messed up. Also, I don't have ARMA2, so I'd have to buy it to play the mod :P In which I'm just torn as to whether or not I should just wait for ARMA3.
