Well that would be pretty shady of epic to do and Im pretty sure Nintendo doesn't  want them to.

Yes, but most developers (Epic included) have said that they liked the Wii U. Given how badly they tore apart the Wii, if the Wii U was a 360 in disquise, Epic, or some developer would have came out and said it by now, after all, they did that with the Wii. 

I imagine that Epic's loyalty  would lean on Micrsofts side of the court.

I'm simply not going to comment on this. Representatives from any of the big three would never do anything to suggest happiness and real support in interviews for what their competitors are doing. This is completely expected.

When did Epic show any sign of regard for the Wii U or any next gen Console? All I remeber them showing is concern over the next gen consoles not being "Bleeding Edge".

i believe companies like microsoft or sony can get informations of the competitions products very easy if they really want. i still believe wii u will get better looking games, at least some exclusives over the next years will look better.

The Wii U, 3DS, and Vita have something in common. They're consoles/handhelds for ports and remakes. Atleast currently. Forget about all the original games that came out or are coming out on all three, let's only focus on the ports and remakes.
