I like when Cloud finds out his life is a lie.

Yup, and FFX has a few 'holy sh*t' reveals. Much more than any other FF game, so I voted for FF10.
Though for a single moment mentioned, it's easily the death of Aeris. It had the biggest impact in any Final Fantasy (and gaming), and made the series hugely popular. No other moment on this list did this for gaming as a whole. How much that is talked about, it makes its stay undeniable to be the most memorable here.
My second most memerable moment from FF IV is during the final battel with Zeromus, how all of Cecil's alies and brother lend them strength to fight this impossible foe. That scene almost made me cry the first time I experienced it. Pure awesomeness.
BTW how did this:

Become this?

Aerith Death in FF7, I know it's chiché but that moment was memorable for me at that time.
Honorable mentions:
* Ending of Crisis Core. I beat it last year and cried like a little girl T_T
* Lunar Cry in FF8
3DS FC : 4339 - 3326 - 7693. Add me :) Nickname Tin
For me it would be in FF9 when Vivi watches all the black mages fall off the airship, when they're being attacked on the way to the south gate. Love that scene, love FF9!

I think the drawing is of his phantom form.
Well, since the only FF I've played is FF 13, I'd say it's probably somewhere in that. But I haven't finished it, so there might be another.
Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash
Honestly my most memorable moment in Final Fantasy was about 35 minutes into FF8 when it dawned on me that everything I ever loved had died.
