Two years ago I had an ant problem in room and the end I managed to keep them away. After that one of my biggest fear on getting a TV for my room and use it for gaming was the return of the ants. Last yeat I finally  bought a TV and until now I've been constantly checking if there's ants around.

Everything was fine until today, when I saw a little ant near my PS3, I killed it then I saw another one and killed it too, soon I realize that there were more than two and I started to look for a nest or something. They were old over the box of my DS Zelda Special Edition

The DS is outside that box but still, back in 2007 when I bought my DS I sealed that box because I really like it. I managed to kill of the ants for now, but I'm sure they'll come back. I've checked everything else and it's ant free for know.

I fear that the other ants are plotting against me, seeking revenge. What should I do, are those Terro products really effective against ants?

Why don't you make like a tree and get out of here?

What the fuck are you talking about?

I was walking down along the street and I heard this voice saying, "Good evening, Mr. Dowd." Well, I turned around and here was this big six-foot rabbit leaning up against a lamp-post. Well, I thought nothing of that because when you've lived in a town as long as I've lived in this one, you get used to the fact that everybody knows your name.

KILL.

KILL IT WITH FIRE.

What are you talking about? Why are ants attacking you? The cigarrette that you just smoked. Did it smell like a mild smelling skunk? Could there have been some angel dust mixed in to get you addicted?

Stop eating food in your room, because ants are not attracted to DS or Televisions. I promise.

I almost never eat in my room, I dont remeber that last time I did it.

The ants were in the DS box, not on the DS :P

The ant have declared war, you must prepare for a massive counterattack. Show them no mercy, give them no quarter, find the queen and mount it's head on a pencil. Never let the bugs win.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

They are there for something. If you dont eat in your room do you drink any soda or any other sugary drinks? Are they elsewhere in the house? best to get them out of the house.

I'm pretty sure they come from the garden next to my room, is raining season in my country so the ants are probably trying to... find a warmer place?

that makes sense. You can use a mixture of sugar and borax( pure powdered soap) to kill the ants safely in the garden. The borax kills them and the sugar gets them to bring in their nest.

Raining season is good, in the summer they always come into my house and on my desk if you drop 1 little food crum... but raining season they all drown to death (muhahah)

Thanks, I'm probably going to try something like that tomorrow, I heard that with that method it takes a few days to wipe out the ants, I hope they dont get near anywhere my stuff in that time
