Forums - Gaming - RUMOR - EA cancels Wii U version of next-gen Sony/Microsoft title

the title is misleading...if there was a WiiU version in the works why is called a PS4/720 game?

Around the Network

Sounds like Sony decided to whip out their old book on hyping the PS2 above the Dreamcast in order to trick consumers into holding off, and look, it seems like they got a little friend in to help this time!

Problem is, this time it's NIntendo, and they'll still end up selling more than the Playstation. Joke's on them.

I agree, and that's a reasoning that makes them lose money.

If Call of Duty could sell 1 mil. on the Wii, they could have sold 2 mil. of another high quality FPS on the same console, not only because there was an audience for it, but also because there was much less competence than in the Xbox and PS3 for those gamers.

Freudian slip?

D'oh!
