This is really a nonstory until we know what it was. It would be a stupid move if true, though, because you would have to figure the initial porting would be the hard part, and that canceling it after succeeding in porting would be more wasteful than dumping it out later, because you've expended the costs with now getting zero benefit

Does anyone think third parties know what they're doing anymore?

there is a difference between having the engine up and running, and having the game and all the assets up and running and optomising the game for the platform.

Kinda like Vanquish was initially up and running on PC but then they used the PS3 as the lead platform and never released the game on PC, it happens.

Would this be the first time PS4 and 720 are mentioned in the development of a game even tho Sony said no PS4 untill it makes a GIANT LEAP to attack Nintendos weakpoint for massive damage?
