A new Resident evil, FF or MHunter...possible but not probable to happen...

The 3DS sales were still looking gloom when OoT 3D was released. The Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land combo is what pulled the 3DS out of its despair. The Vita has yet seen the game to do that, and that's what THE game we're trying to guess at.
This has a lot more to do with sales numbers rather than your opinion of the quality of the game. Too many people are misunderstanding the intention of this thread.

Actually, it depends. Having a portable FFX seems more appealing because the original was on a home console, but that's just my opinion.

In which case, surely FF X HD will be it.

If you consider Mario Kart / 3D Land to be 'the' game of the 3DS (I'd consider them both coming out at the same time to be what really rocketed sales), then I think some combination of LittleBigPlanet / Call of Duty / Assassin's Creed will be what causes it to take off, in Europe and possible America at least.

It got me to buy one!
