Everyone is going to buy Mario regardless, so they will bundle it with Nintendo Land. It shows off the new controller just like Wii Sports did for the Wii. It is a no-brainer.

Packing Mario in would help to move a lot of units, but NintendoLand is probably going to happen as it is the Gen. 8 Wii Sports and Mario will sell consoles even if he's not packed in.

NintendoLand. It shows off the system's qualities perfectly, and will give people something to play at launch.

In addition, I expect these pre-installed apps:

-MiiVerse
-Internet Browser
-Youtube/Netflix/Lovefilm/Amazon
-AR cards (to use with that little reader on the controller)

-Panorama View

-Mii channels
-Activity Log
-eShop/ Nintendo Network


And probably some more

Unless they add some huge amount of depth or delay it till after launch, I think that Nintendoland is going to be the pack-in game. The thing that surprised me the most is that they didn't show anything of Wii U Sports. I thought that that would have been the pack-in game before they announced Nintendoland, but I guess they enjoyed how well Resort sold so I guess Nintendo wants to put more time into Wii U Sports.

Definitely not New Super Mario Bros. U. Everyone knows that title will sell massive amounts on its own without any bundles, and that it will boost system sales.

Nintendo Land though will (as I have said in another thread) boost every single franchise included in the title. With Metroid, Star Fox and F-Zero having declines in sales, this is (or maybe would be? I don't think that this is confirmed yet) a smart and necessary move by Nintendo.

Good point. Here's hoping F-Zero and Star FOx get their own Wii U games.
