Very good 3DS, good PS3, decent XB360, meh the others. 3DS did wonders in Japan, with a weekly growth even stronger than last week. Resistance gives PSV a good week for SW, but not for HW.
Kinect dying in USA? Its weekly attach rate to XB360 dropped below 1:6, while in Europe, where it never was as strong as in America (and it actually isn't strong now, it's just that it's become weaker in USA), it's still over 1:4.

Don't think so. If Wii U is selling very poorly(below PS3 and 360) then Microsoft/Sony could wait until holiday 2014.

Right now I see them launching in holiday 2013/early 2014 if Wii U has a good start. The worst the Wii U launch, the more they will delay releasing new systems. Especially if PS360 are still selling over 10 million a year by then.
