Don't think so. If Wii U is selling very poorly(below PS3 and 360) then Microsoft/Sony could wait until holiday 2014.

Right now I see them launching in holiday 2013/early 2014 if Wii U has a good start. The worst the Wii U launch, the more they will delay releasing new systems. Especially if PS360 are still selling over 10 million a year by then.
