Diablo 3 might come to the wii U.There was also a rumour going around that wow may be coming to the wii U eshop.

If true it will be interesting to see if it's exclusive. If so I wonder if Nintendo bought them or Blizzard likes the touch screen.

Blizzard said that it (Diablo 3) will be coming to consoles, a while back. And unless Nintendo bought Activision who owns Blizzard, I doubt Nintendo will get their hands on the developer. Unless Nintendo made Activision an offer it couldn't refuse.

If I get a wii u I would get it. as long as the controls were good

Well considering the game only uses 6 action buttons it shouldn't be that hard, heck it might be superior because you would be able to move and not accidentally click on an enemy and attack causing you to die because you were not close enough to a dropped health globe to pick it up. (Happened to me a few times.) Because there are more then 6 action buttons on the controller (A,B,X,Y,R,L) and there is the analog stick for movement. And use the touch screen to change out glyphs, equipment etc.

As BlkPaladin, Blizzard has said that they have plans to bring into consoles, heck they listed a job position for someone with experience in controllers, so the chances of the game coming to WiiU are about the same as it coming to the PS3 and Xbox360.

But then, the news talks about "a couple of games that are not yet publicly shared". Remember rumor about WoW coming to WiiU?

The Wii U won't be able to handle Diablo 3's title screen.

Nintendo has had a few Blizzard games on their console. I remember Lost Vikings and there where two others for the SNES also. They also had the vaporware known as Starcraft Ghost that was suppose to be on the gamecube and Xbox last gen.
