I thought it'd be nice for the older users on here to give a little perspective on how they started working and how they've progressed (hopefully) to where they are today. Hopefully, they'll be an inspirational story of some guy starting out as a janitor at McDonalds who worked his way up to own five Mcdonald! Doesn't have to be heavily detailed, unless you want, but try to touch on every major position. Of course I'm still in my teens so I have had no career.

EDIT: Please use some method to date each position (age, year, etc). And please note any post secondary education.

3 manufacturing jobs after college

degree = worthless

18 and never worked a day in my life :S

I'm only 20, and still in college but I've had a few jobs

Second vending position-19

I also had a few odd jobs from 18-20. Helping out at farms, churches, etc. Stuff that paid but wasn't constant

I started out as a janitor straight out of high school and after much hard work I am now the proud owner of five four McDonald's Happy Meals.

Update: I just ate one of them.

Well, I`m a Chemical Engineer.

1st job (if u can call a job) a Research project to make body cream using balsam.
2nd Job at a small food company that supplies food to the police department, breakfast, lunch and dinner
3rd and actual Job: Assistant Manager at a Company that make, storage and transport chemical raw materials (industrial, farmacy, food and many other chemicals used in the industry).

The 1st one was ok, the 2nd mmmm well i only worked for about 2 months there and this actual job i just love it!!!!
