Heavy Rain 2 : Jason x's Revenge
You play as Jason trying to find shaun and the rest of the characters from the first game and kill they because they stole his script in the first game, there is cross play for PS3 and PSVita, you use the move to brutally kill people, and use the front and rear touch pad for sexual harrasments, or use both in a Wii-U like mechanic.
the X button is the finishing move, Jason gets into a truama and remembers the screams of his father while finishing off his victims

the other game is Dancing In The Rain for Move where you dance with the characters, but the twist is every character have to survive quick time events that you have to press while dancing.

Studios like Santa Monica and Guerilla Games possibly Naughty Dog are also working on two titles. I suppose each has one project for PS4.

Why show a PS4 tech demo when PS4 isnt going to be announced?

Because VITA is in dire need of some games and the Touch Screen would work really well with Heavy Rain

If the Vita needs more games, they would have to be new ones--exclusive ones--not ports, and certainly not a 2 year-old port.
