WiiU. They'll proabbly release DQX when the WiiU comes out and that also will be a 2 million seller for Japan. I'm assuming everyone will just want to upgrade to the WiiU version immidiately. Then DX XI will come out onthe WiiU.

I sure hope it goes to Vita, give the damn thing a chance. Though I'm 99.9% sure it won't happen.

IX was only on DS because the game went into development in a transitional period where it was obvious the PS2 was winding down and the upcoming consoles were an enigma. X is not only already slated for Wii U, the console will be well out of the gate by the time XI would possibly roll around.

I think 3DS is the perfect place. The DS version was the most highly successful game, and now the 3DS has all of the special DQ9 features as native features.

If they don't make it 3DS, then at least have an app that can be put on the 3DS for streetpass. Although, I will miss the multiplayer - Dragon Quest 9 had the best co-op multiplayer of any game I have ever played before.
