--> Both, Nintendo and MS have more 1st party studios than Sony. MS opened quite a few of them recently so therefore you see quite a few Untitled Projects. I bet they are working on Xbox 720 already. And since MS basically only supports the Xbox platform and not a handheld device (Yeah, 1 Mobile game studio) it is likely that the Xbox 720 has the most 1st party exclusives next gen.
