Bioshock is a hoot - I love the plasmids and the wild achievements - Toaster in the tub FTW!

Bioshock is a very good game in it's own right, but I liked HL 2 a lot better. Bigger environments, appealing and believeable characters and the trumph card; variety. I'm not saying HL 2 is very varied, it's just a good deal more varied than Bioshock.
And, I didn't think I'd ever say this about an FPS ever; Bioshock is too damn long! Halfway through, I was really tired of killing the same enemies and doing the same chores over and over. Let's hope Bioshock 2 will be better in this regard. (It's on the way, I'm sure!)

You are correct. I liked both of them, but preferred COD 4 over both of them. That game is just so awesome!
I'm a massive PS3 fanboy and I had a hoot with Bioshock :P

Bioshock reminded me (for some reason) of Undying. "Peek a boo!" gets old after a few hours (or a few minutes in UNdying's case... 
). A very good game, but it could have been even better!
I must be an outcast for saying this.. Mass Effect sucked. That is my honest and true opinion. I bought the game played 3 diffrent 2 hour sessions. Then restarted the game as a new class and then played another 4 hours.
I could not get into the game for anything. I ended up selling it to my boss for $30. Try it b4 you buy!

This is a good suggestion. I have the Pelican fan that sits on the bottom of the 360 and blows air through the console, and I have a small exhaust fan in the back of that part of the entertainment center to vent the heat away from console. My 360 is now 18 months old with no problems.
