I thought I was perfectly clear: Your sig may stretch too far down the page which may lead to a warning, and later ban. You should check with a mod and ask for approval.

or maybe almost all people who like to play videogames have a home console now? i mean, not everyone on this planet wants to play videogames, do these analysts expect that without ipad and iphone, we would have growing console sales every year, even with many rumors about the successors and one successor coming out this winter?
what shall people who like videogames do? buy 10 consoles for every room inclusive garage?
€dit: i failed to read the whole post to see it's from mr kramer^^

Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)
'When the people are being beaten with a stick, they are not much happier if it is called the people's stick'- Mikhail Bakunin
Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030
It's normal that sales slow down, the end of the 7th gen is near, maybe as close as next year, and these people keep saying this crap... Analysts listen, there is no hardcore gamer (if you know what hardcore gamer means) in the world that would abandon his console to play on an ipad. ''It's just common sense that there is a correlation when sales of one thing go up and sales of another thing go down.'' well idiot it's also common sense that something that's been on the market for almost 6/7 years slows down his sales, too much was sony doing increasing the ps3 sales through time, now that was a one of a kind thing, and i have nothing against the ipad or something, i'm sick of these so called ''Analysts'', what should be analyzed isn't the market but their brains.

EXACTLY! and you know what i don't think that analysts don't get it, i'm starting to think that it's just propaganda, they are trolling us.
If this analyst is right I wonder why Nintendo is trading at 9 year lows and at Gamecube levels? I mean if Nintendo was able to escape Apple's growing grasp, their sales, profits (or lack there of) and future outlook with the Wii U would constitute a higher price would it not?
If anything, Nintendo has beared the biggest brunt of phone/tablet gaming, which really did not gain tracking until apple released the ipad in march 2010, which is the year things started to go south for Nintendo (in an accelerated fashion).
Home console has it's own public Handheld the same and Smartphone/Ipad the same thing.
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Oh, c'mon! that ain't gonna happen: at the very least they next gen will end up like this one will; around 250m (more likely 260)
