@ people reminiscing, the chart tools will be back soon according to ioi, and this place will liven up again with crazy predictions etc. when the PS4 and the 720 launch next year!

Apparently you could choose different consoles/games and make a sales chart comparing the 2/3/whatever, which could then be used to make interesting sales threads. I have no idea why ioi ever removed it in the first place...

You guys missed it. In the old days, we had awesome personalities and inside jokes that everybody in the VGC community was in on. We had female members that were very active. At one point, we were able to customize our profiles with backgrounds and pics. The gaming industry was exciting due to the height of the PS3 v Wii v 360 battle (which is pretty much decided and boring at this point) and we had in depth discussions about it.

As it is, I find myself logging in repeatedly, trying to force myself to post something. Most of the time, I just read a retread of an old thread and log off. In the last few days, I don't even read the threads. I read the thread title, sigh, and log off. There's a lack of passion, these days. Unless they come up with some sort of VGChartz viagra that gets me fired up, I may go the way of Snake612 soon.

THIS! The forums were waaay more interesting, it actually felt like a community and the site was faster and easier on the eyes.

That stuff about costumizing your own profiles sounds awesome! bring that back! But don't you think we'll get alot of discussion soon, when WiiU hits the stores, and when PS720 is unveiled?! I see a few promising new members around here, don't you?

You already left once and came back after we had to go through a lot of trouble getting you back!! First we used our internetz spies to track down your youtube account.. some say it was just a quick google search but we did hire spies...  then tried to convince all the active women on the site to ask you back, in the end only NFG wanted to ask you back... in the meantime we men tracked down the member which got you so upset and left the site.. We used the combined powers of  2 google accounts to find him.. when we tracked him down in Germany, 5 of us drove down there and ... well lets just say his mother wasn't to pleased what we did to her son... we don't want to repeat that again

And where DID all those female gamers go?! I'm starting to believe you all made that up...
