Hey guys, I'm working on my 1985 ford tempo, just doing some body work. I'd like to share my progress with you. Here is the start (only did one layer on driver door this far, it's still the beginning)

Front - Before

Driver Fender - 1st coat of paint

Driver Fender at angle - 1st coat of paint

Driver Door - 1st coat of paint

Back Left passenger - Before

Back - Before

Back at angle - Before

Right back passenger - Before

Right front passenger - Before

Follow my DIY Captain's log, this is a first for me.

Cheers

Was this painted by padib or drunk padibullah?

It's struggling. Nobody told me you had to dilute the coolant with water 50/50, so I was running for the longest time on pure Prestone... Apparently my block might be cracked and I heard that's a big job. So I'm not putting it on the road.

I just got the carburetor all fixed up, there's just one piece that's missing. Other than that, I need a new fuel tank and a new fuel gage (it's not working).

When all that's done, all that'll be left is fixing the heating dials (only heat works right now), and a minor crack in the front windshield.

But since I'm not driving much right now, I'll probably be working mainly on the body and only be using the car for emergencies

It was done by a bit of both, sponsored by Beck's german beer. But yeah, I'm trying to be more sober in general
