Bayonetta X Vanquish. has something

I really hope Bayonetta 2 will be released, I never played the first game but Platinum Games is a very talented Studio and they deserve more attention. And it would be good for them to have two projects to work on.

in terms of production values, it's not really special. In terms of plot, it's laughably bad. In terms of combat mechanics, it's close to if not the best there is, and in hack and slash games that is the most important thing imo.

Story was crap, but gameplay is all that matters sometimes. I'm surprised Sega saw fit to cancel it, if this news is true. It sold reasonably well for being a new IP.

Bayonetta was an awesome game great gameplay story was campy fun. Its a shame this is not getting a part 2. Kinda surprising as it seems there are a lot of Bayonetta fans out there, and from what I saw it sold pretty well, Vanquish was an awesome game I did not expect a sequal on just cause it didnt sell well.
