I can see Sony beating them in the numbers of million sellers sold. A lot of fighting titles sell better on the PS3 and the exclusives ontop of that can help by the end of the year. 

Fighters / FPS that don't make it on PS3. Exclusives / Kinect.

Yes and no, if Sony's financial health doesn't get better they might adopt different strategies when it comes to their next gen console since they won't be able to absorb start of gen losses like they did with the PS3.

Dead or Alive 4 didnt sell all that well exclusive to the 360. Then again...it is a crappy fighter.  FPS games do sell on the PS3, just slower than Microsoft.

Obviously the reason they absorbed a loss and took the hit was because of Blu Ray. I am sure the next console will have a better price. They definitely will have more games than their main competition. Online OS needs to be worked on. I doubt Sony is introducing a new format next gen.

I forgot the Little big planet racing and sorcery, but yeah the casuals will eat up Microsofts games. Feel bad for us core but yeah, lol.
